- What types of customers have you worked with?
The three things we do the most are carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, and shower re-grouting and re-re-caulking. However, we do offer other services such as upholstery cleaning and carpet re-stretching and repair.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When comparing prices always compare apples to apples, some companies will offer a low ball price but not include basics like spotters, pre-treatments and rinses. Unfortunately these bait and switch tactics are common in the industry, so beware. Best practice is to do a quick internet search with the companies name...bad reviews or no internet presence at all, stay away.
