A. Anyone can come into your home and tell you to declutter and remove personal photos when staging your property. What you need to look for is someone who can provide a cohesive design that pulls the whole house together. Someone that can create a space that is warm and welcoming which gives the buyer the opportunity to imagine themselves living there. With my background in Interior Design, I provide this for my staging clients. It's what sells the house!
A. All of my clients ask me "who much?". It's no easy answer. The truth is staging will cost anywhere from 1%-3% of your homes value. Is it a vacant staging or just rearranging and pulling a look together? During our initial conversation we can determine which route to take. A big, and very common, mistake is thinking that your property is too small to benefit from staging or that staging wouldn't be worth the investment. This is furthest from the truth because every property that is going on the market benefits from staging. Even something as simple as decluttering.
