    Daniel did an outstanding job on my computer. My computer was fixed in less than a week. His prices are awesome too. I had my power jack repaired and viruses removed. My computer is now running faster than ever. I would definitely recommend DKB Tech Services to anybody who needs their computer repaired.

    Once I made a telephone call to Daniel Bailey about problems with my laptop, he promptly set a date and time to it up and determine what the problem was. After Daniel Bailey diagnosed the problem he called me in a timely manner and suggested the least expensive manner to complete the repair. It's been less than a week, and I have my laptop back and it's working great! I am so pleased with his customer service skills, as well his knowledge, time management in getting the job done! Will recommend his business to everyone!

    Daniel was very professional and courteous. He was sure to tell me exactly what was going on and was very easy to work with when it came to scheduling a repair.     Daniel did a terrific job replacing my laptop screen. He picked it up from my house and 3 days later brought it back good as new! Great guy. Very professional. I definitely recommend him!

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. On a regular basis I replace cracked/defective LCD screens, operating system reinstalls, virus removal, and wireless network setups.

Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. Data recovery( Hard drive and flash drive)
LCD replacement
Operating system reinstallation

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. I always tell people to go with there gut instincts and if it doesn't feel right then it probably isn't right for you. This definitely applies when it comes to allowing someone to work on your personal computer.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I can honestly say that I have been repairing computers for over 10 years and I enjoy what I do. I am in business to help those who cannot afford the BIG chain store prices but still need quality, friendly service.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I enjoy being able to help people that are many times at the end of there rope with there computers and I can step in and be there hero.It is just a great feeling!!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Many customers want to know why there computer has just died. Many times it is from customer induced damage and other times it is simply a bad or defective part in the PC.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. The one job that sticks in my mind is simple to me but meant a great deal to the customer. She called me and said that she had broken her flash drive and it had all of her little girls baby pictures on it. She could not find anyone that would even attempt to help her. I have an electronics background and used to build circuit boards years ago so I told her that I would open up the drive an take a look. Long story short, I was able to repair the flash drive and retrieve all of her pictures and files for her and she was incredibly grateful. I could have charged her an arm and a leg but that is not why I am in business.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I am currently in the process of obtaining my MTA (Microsoft Technical Associate) certification to sharpen my Windows 7 skill set to service my customers better.

Q. What is your greatest strength?

A. One of my greatest strengths is my attention to detail in just about everything I do.

A. Do you have pick and drop off service? Yes, I usually will come to my customers and pick up there machine and return it to them within a few days time. The severity of the repair will ultimately determine the time frame.
