- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are three Dj categories...Cheap, Average, and Expensive. In my profile I posted this article explaining each category. I consider myself as the AVERAGE DJ. Because in my heart, I believe the customer's needs and wishes must be put first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I would like to arrange a meeting face to face and discuss the preliminaries of their planned event, the music listing and anything else that is included. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I joined Dj forums with Digital Dj and search the web for popular Dj sites for tutorials. I also research the latest in DJ gear to keep my gear up to date. And I consistently train and challenge my skills daily
