The guy was awesome. Fast, smart, polite, and totally worth the time. We even had more as he was loading and he made two trips for us. Hire him in confidence.

This guy leads on like he knew what he was doing. I needed my lower sink cabinet replaced because of some water damage. He was supposed to arrive at 1, it was closer to 3. He cut lumber on my kitchen floor without even asking me 1st. He left a large gap in the floor of the cabinet and when I asked him about it he says (oh you want it all the way covered) (Nope just leave the hole there). He places a long piece of wood over it and just leaves it. I come in and ask if he's is going to nail it down? After I show him he say oh yeah I was going to glue that. The wood doesn't even fit properly, I assume that it was just what he had laying around, he placed a couple spots of glue down. He places a piece of wood over a broken piece of wood on the front of the cabinet doors and now my doors won't close. He packed up around 8. Mind you there were 2 of them. It took them 5 hours to come up with what's pictured. I paid $70 for wood, screws etc, then he asks me if I have some nails. They used about $10-20 in supplies. They cleaned up their tools and that was it. The mess (pictured), saw dust, trash everywhere and just left it for me. Your better off getting a SLEDGE HAMMER and doing the job, you'll do a better job yourself. Or better yet DON'T call them, if you do you better have extra cash because after they leave you’ll need it to pay someone to come in and fix what they screwed up!

First , Everybody that hired me knows how well I take consideration of my business and how important my business is when It comes to our customers when I first gave him the estimate I told him I said Mr Neil we most definitely can take care of this for you. You have 2 option you can buy you a whole new cabinet & we can just install it for you or we can repair it meaning we buy the materials but it will be your responsibility for you to pay us up cost fee and our job to make sure you at least have a cabinet up and anything that we see that need to be fix we will be responsible to fix as in why you hired us. As stated he wanted to save money as we try our VERY hardest to work well with our customers to make sure the price is reasonable the reason why we at 5X I said ok your best bet will be let us repair it and told him everything what we will fix what we be the outcome of this project he said yes sound good to me. Then I went over all the procedures we take before we do a job scheduling and etc I said I’ll price the materials and let you know how much everything is. The material all came up to $80. Remind you he cash app me $70 but it was no problem I didn’t look at it like that. I was trying to make sure he was satisfied and happy we scheduled to come out Friday we arrived. I ask him will it be alright if we use his kitchen to put material in it to get started he said cool what ever y’all need to get it done. So we had the trimming and 2 x 4 in there also our tools we will need Remind his floors already getting repaired it was already nearly under Contruction so it was no problem he said after we do the cabinet he doing his floor. So we taking down all out measurements making sure we have all our cuts this is not an easy job but we very familiar how this project goes it takes time and patients as anything else we be doing this for 3 years. We had to basically rebuild him a whole cabinet so the ply wood that we cut was outside. He stay in a town home so it really wasn’t to much space but we made sure we cut the big ply wood outside as that what we do normally do. Remind you the neighbor mentioned she didn’t like him as I’m was trying to hint to me I didn’t pay it no mind as usual I’m here for a job to complete what ever they got going on is them. The whole cabinet was just damage so yes it took 3-4 hours because we wanted to make sure everything was in placed and stable so we won’t have this issue again. Who previously caused the water damage because he already mentioned that who did his counter did a half way job so I wanted to make sure he was happy. As we working he asking why we putting nails in the board if we don’t put nails in the 2 x 4 it wouldn’t be stable and nothing will be held together it would’ve made this cabinet we trying to restore 10x worst so I told him “ Mr. Neil we have to put nails in we building you a floor for the cabinet to hold then we going to build from the back “ he say ok then went back in the living room as we wrapping things up we have the trimming up at the very bottom strip and at the top everything in the process of being dried and being completed he comes back in the kitchen stood there for about 15mins asking us “why we using glue” ? “what this connected to” ? etc remind you we have trimming for the cabinet , Plywood for the cabinet floor have to be secured and tight so we glued the ply wood to the 2 x 4 with long screws on each corner so it can be hold tight. Then he comes bending down in front of the cabinets and tries to like pull everything up all the work we did. So I immediately told Mr. Neil like “we had everything placed it was in the process of drying the silicone , sealing , and also glue everything was in the process of just securing it self with the stuff we used “ so he said ain’t nothing sticking that because you took it up and try to make it seem like we didn’t know what we was doing then he takes pictures of us without our consent he told us to leave disrespectful so i still handle this as a business men would I said “I’m sorry you unsatisfied with the work but your cabinet was in the process of being completed until you distorted it we will at least need some type of payment “ he goes off saying he not giving us all our money and after we basically done we was just in the finished touches or what not I just felt the need to respond I normally don’t but it’s 2 side of the story and wanted to get my point across and had to respond because this my business and we make sure each and everyday our customers happy and we’ll served right -IMS
