FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When were all children we all wanted to be fireman, astronauts etc...I actually wanted to be a dolphin trainer at one point and time, and even a music teacher! Also one of my "dream" careers was to be a photographer. In elementary school I entered a contest where you had to show how you would like to change the world. I entered photos of homeless people and their struggles for my project and won first place statewide! From their through high school that I changed my decision to being a music teacher. Shortly after I realized that I was miserable, why do something the rest of your life that you hate? Why not enjoy your job! So here I am and I could never be happier! :)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a photographer it is important to always ask for references, ask to see a portfolio, know when you will get your photos and if you will get printing rights. When hiring for large events like weddings always interview several photographers. After all this is your special day! If the photos are not right, you can never get that back. Every photographer is going to be different in their creativity and their taste, its important to find the one that matches you and your needs.
