- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well, it's not complicated at all (at least not to me). When it comes to event planning, I make sure to work within each clients' budget that they have set by a percentage. Therefore, I'm not over charging them nor underpricing myself. It's fair and square. So, when contacting me, please let me know your entire wedding budget up front and the type of service your looking for. That way there's no waiting until the day of the appointment whether or not you want to pay the set amount.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weddings and anniversaries-but, we're not limited to just those. We do any event you can possibly have or dream of. Plan, manage, coordinate, decorate, take fabulous photos or record something spectacular.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That it's more than what meets the eye. Reality weddings on t.v. is just that..."realty weddings on t.v."...it's television. Which usually lasts only 30 min. (sometimes an hr.). But, basically they don't show you everything. They'll take you through some drama to keep you entertained and then show you the final product-the glitz and glam. Know that a wedding (or event) is more than just decorations. You need a plan-hire a knowledgable planner that is confident to carry out all of the details to execution.
