Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. We provide training via books, videos, seminars and workshops for business owners who need the tools and knowledge to compete effectively online, and who have someone available in-house to implement the step-by-step guides.

We provide coaching and done-for-you implementation services for entrepreneurs who are looking for a capable and visionary partner to work with in building out a scalable marketing system, with complete integration and accountability online and offline.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Hourly rates are not always a good indicator of competence, or the value you will get out of any provider of services, especially creative services. The best indicators that you have found a winning partner are whether or not they are continuously learning within their niche, their speed of execution, and their willingness to experiment and take failures as learning opportunity.

In the creative field (especially when it comes to advertising), often how the client-vendor relationship and combined vision is the most important. However, this leaves out the most critical aspect of running any business successfully, which is "what the customers respond to". You should pick out a vendor that is thoroughly trained in testing and measuring market response to the advertisements, and not just someone who is cheap and has decent design skills.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our work stands out, not only for the quality which we put into every piece that we release, and not only for our attention to service and work ethic, but for the value and increased revenues that it brings to our clients. We match the work we do and align it with both the goals of our clients, and the goals of their customers.

With our application development, it is critical that the user interface meets and teaches the users of the application as they are learning how to use the program. Since we have a 12-year background in development of e-learning programs and learning systems, our applications embody a learn-as-you-go progression that slowly introduces more advanced features of the program, without overwhelming the interface and ruining the usability for the beginner.

A. We spend over $20K per year in continuing eduction for our staff in books, courses, seminars and conferences, as well as in private coaching and business development services.

A. We have both packages for our standard services, as well as customized pricing for clients who are very discriminatory in what they need for their business to grow.
