Hi! My name is Khattar Hatoum. I am a food vendor in the Richmond area but cover events within a 150-mile radius and depending on the event, I can travel further.

A. I like serving and meeting new customers. I also enjoy the cooking and seeing the look on the customer's face when I they taste my food.

A. One of the most common questions that cusomers ask me are, "What spices do you add to the food?" I answer them honestly and explain how the food is made. "Is the food freshly cooked?" I also answer them honestly and say, "I wouldn't serve it any other way."
