They need to learn how to use the App. I sent the details for the job address, # of windows, address and what we wanted done. They responded and said "you are looking for window cleaning?" I had several quotes from other companies within a few hours all received the same information. I said yes which is why I supplied details. They said they only saw my name. This App is designed to get quotes so the customer can decide who they might want to proceed with. If people want to use the old fashion phone tag system they would just call. This company clearly wants to play phone tag and is not ready to be on here.
