Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. First, you want to have a communication strategy. Which, by the way, I can help develop. If you DO have a strategy, how is that going to be deployed on the web? How are you going to demonstrate your value, and attract the right kind of attention in the new attention economy? If you want to take full advantage of social media, you need to take advantage of digital storytelling. I can help.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I'm not going to give away the store when I tell you that you need to capture your customers' stories - good AND not-so - in order to understand what's happening in your market, and to connect with them in meaningful ways. You have to be human: real, truthful, open, willing to help. Communicating that message effectively calls for a story. And I'm a great busines storyteller.
