- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at Wallaby Windows we made the shopping easy for you. We have access to most of the major brands to fit your particular needs, from the cost-conscious to the design-conscious. We offer discounts for civil service and military and promotional specials as well. We also have several financing options from 12-mo same-as-cash to traditional installment loans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send a Design Consultant to your home in order to understand your specific needs as a customer. Your Design Consultant will then help you shop for the right window to meet your needs and ensure you get the best value-based pricing. At this point, we assign a specific team to your poject led by a Project Manager who ensures a smooth installation and 5-star experience.
