Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning. Hardwood installs and refinishing. Tile installs, re-grouting, sealing, waxing, stripping, polishing and enhancements.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Just do it. Because a great professional is hard to come by.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Border and medallion selecting because with all the borders and medallions out there it's always difficult on choosing the right one.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My work stands out from others because my company pays close attention to detail. We emphasize in perfection and striving to be the best flooring company in the entire Northern VA, Maryland and District of Columbia.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Designing floors and bringing them to life. It's a passion that I was born with. I never felt more passionate about anything in my life, than the way I am about the flooring industry.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How much will it cost. It all depends on square footage and type of flooring. You can't never price a job with out actually seeing the job and taking measurements for your self.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. When I started I never wore knee pads. After a year of sore knees, now a days it's hard for me to take them off.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. How much precision is involved in tedious detail.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Family Business.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. 4000 square feet of old world basket weave pattern parquet block with greek key borders.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Always.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Very shortly we will be cleaning Air Duct systems and providing complete interior remodeling.

A. I have different projects daily. Time and price all depend on the type of service that's being provided.
