There's very few pet sitting services in my area. I've used Sherri twice now for pet sitting. She seems very nice and always arrives as scheduled. She also brought in my mail and watered the plants while she was there. Overall very happy with the service.

Unfortunately, I was not pleased with this service. The shower door was not cleaned, the laundry room was not cleaned, area rugs were not picked up, the floors were not swept before mopping, the items on the dressers or table were not removed to dust. Sherry dusted around them; I wish I had a better experience and I will not request this business again.

Mrs. Zenita, I'm giving you my sincere apologies you were not happy with the service. I felt I did the best I could to work around stuff and even pick up a little, my regular work partner had a family emergency that day so I had an emergency back up whom I felt was doing a good job but maybe wasn't good enough for your home. I want you to know I guarantee my services and want my customers to be 100% satisfied. If you would like I would be more than happy to come re clean your home at no charge or obligation to you. 99% of my customers are generally satisfied but in any business we all have days that are amiss. Please feel free to call me so we can make this right, I would never expect you to pay for a service you are in satisfied with. I worked for a larger cleaning company for 2 years and the whole time I took notes on things I can do to make a better company and ways I can exceed client expectations.
What types of customers have you worked with?
One time deep cleans, move in/outs, weekly, biweekly and monthly. Sometimes you just need kitchen and bathrooms or maybe the whole house, we can tailor any request to fit your needs and budget.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It's a very physical job and every penny we make we earn, it takes a healthy, physically fit person to perform this job well!
