Marco was awesome. He asked the right questions before coming and I sent a pic. He came in, assessed and confirmed the issues with my roof/gutters and holes in the siding. He got to work right away because he brought all the materials he needed! He also charged one price…No haggling and no materials costs. He kept me informed via text and cleaned up when he was finished. I’ve hired plenty of handymen and construction services. It was nice to deal with an expert, and to hear good advice on next steps. Will hire again!

Marcos did an awesome job for my deck repair. Here are the things I liked. When I submitted the request, he did a quick reply and offered to support. He came, checked and when he tried in 3 shops nearby my zip code and found it was not available. Then he checked with me and placed order which came after 6 days he came again and fixed it and made it all set. I really appreciate his sincerity, commitment in fixing this.

Marcus put up a T.V. wall mount for us. He unmounted the existing T.V., assembled the TV mount which consisted of numerous slats and drawers. He was meticulous in measuring everything to make sure it was centered. I wanted the T.V. to be placed a certain length from the drawers and he worked to make sure I was happy with the placement of everything. He even made a little bracket to hold the extension cord. Marcus was very courteous and did a great job!

We had a truly excellent experience when we hired Marcos last month to help us with a couple of renovation items we wanted to take care of after purchasing our new home. He and his experienced team are skilled, honest, hard-working, and all-around good people who we will hire again in a heartbeat. Marcos came out the same day to look at the projects we had in mind, which were the removal of a wall, repainting our kitchen cabinets, replacing our kitchen countertops, replacing the sink and faucet, and refinishing our hardwood floors. Marcos gave us a fair estimate and did everything in his power to stick to that figure throughout the project. He is an extremely versatile contractor and used a range of clever techniques to fulfill our vision while keeping us on budget. He also cleaned up the workspace at the end of every day, which we appreciated because it allowed us to spend time in the house while the work was ongoing. The final result was excellent, which I hope comes through in the photos. Please note that we haven’t finished painting and tiling the walls—we planned to do that part ourselves. This was another element of working with Marcos that we liked, as he is very helpful in consulting on what you can achieve on your own if you are so inclined and was not pushy about doing it himself to drive up the price. We will be working with Marcos and his team again the next time we have a project around the house. We highly recommend him.

Marko did an excellent job removing and replacing the tile around my stuck dishwasher. Now that he’s tiled under the dishwasher I can install the new one without ever having these issues again. Great work at a very reasonable price.
