FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes our prices, they may not be highest or the lowest, but this I know, that with our service, you will get your money’s worth by getting quality, effective and reliable service by a pest control professional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First introduce myself, I ask what kind of pest activity and location of activity, I explain the kinds of materials I’m going to use, as I start the treatment I’m also inspecting for other pests and other conducive conditions or openings and address the findings, I inform the customer if there is any bigger issue if needed. You see, pest control is not only about spraying, it’s also about addressing the things that may have caused the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For years I’ve had the pesticides applicators license which allowed me to safely handle and apply pest control materials, then a few years back I got the commercial license which allows me train other technicians which I did, I was the certified field trainer of the company I worked for at that time, that commercial license also allows me to establish my own pest control company which I finally did.
