Introduction: I offer personal training services, as well as small group training classes in my studio, focusing on functional training, TRX suspension training, athletic training for young athletes, and corrective exercise for imbalances.
I also specialize in classical Pilates work on the reformer, tower, and mat and enjoy doing both private and small classes of up to three clients for personal attention.
I believe in delivering a safe, fun, and effective workout each session to keep my clients motivated to make fitness part of their everyday lives.
