- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have standard pricing as we feel every job can be a little different so we like to provide a complimentary inspection so that we can provide you an accurate estimate for an effective solution.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working in my family's auto repair business for a better part of my younger years taught me the importance of quality customer service and most importantly honesty. After working for a short period of time for one of the big companies doing pest inspections and sales I decided that although working for a corporate giant wasn't for me the pest control business most definitely was! So I opened my own business and have been building on it ever since using the business ethics my father taught me so many years ago.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would check all sources of online reviews, check a companies standing with the BBB and ask your friends and neighbors for referrals.
