A lot to learn from my experience with Tim. When you aren’t in the trade, it’s hard to understand what expectations are reasonable. Tim was always available to make changes, answer questions and deliver what was discussed. Poor planning on my part and changes made after the fact cost me more than I had budgeted and realized. I would recommend Tim for your architectural needs. Plans were approved by county with no issue.

Tim is wonderful to work with. He was willing to talk to our client. Figure out want they wanted and adapt it to fit our construction budget. Couldn 't ask for more. I would highly recommend working with him. I will be calling him again.

Neal Design did the drawings for my basement and we were absolutely pleased with the service, quality of work, and punctuality of the services that Mr. Neal provided. He delivered the plans on time and the renovation crew and the County accepted the plans with no need for rework. He also gave us some ideas of features that we were not thinking us during our initial meeting. Again it was a pleasure working with Neal Design and I highly recommend his services for your design needs.

Building design was done quickly on a demolish/rebuild of a detached garage. He included a storage room and backdoor with porch and stairs. He submitted the building permit and worked with the city through the permitting process. Neal Home Design kept me updated, was respectful and timely. I would use his services again for any remodel/ home building and highly recommend his services.

When I contacted him, he was very responsive, and he showed up right away, I met with him and discussed the project, and once I made payment to him, he first delayed the project, and he was not able to finish my project, he wasted my time and my money, and at the end, he just sent me a draft drawing which was just some sketches, he was extremely rude and dishonest and he is a drafter not architect or designer, that was my experience.

as far as the pic is concerned, that is all layers in AutoCAD thawed at 1 time. If he is an architect you would think he would know that. As far as the other stuff... I refused to work with him further because he is shady, no drawings, no permits, no engineering. And he is in there knocking out supporting walls asking me to look away and just don't worry about it. Anyway, I have our messages saved and pics of the house he is working on to verify my side. I am ethical and do the right thing, this person is a scam artist. I have no problem justifying my actions on this and can explain in further detail if any future clients need me to. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE DC-REMODELING. Your house may fall down.
