Most of the claims on this listing are BLATENT LIES. I urge anyone who is looking for a contractor to perform services for them to throughly research and check out the company they plan to use. Some examples of these lies include: - All work is guaranteed, and backed by a million dollars of liability insurance. (this contractor does not carry any liability insurance). - We offer a variety of specialized services by licensed professionals. Many of our techs, including the owner are involved in ongoing apprenticeships in their fields( the owner is affiliated with ANY apprenticeship programs nor does he have any certifications/licenses in plumbing, electrical, or carpentry repairs.) I urge you to be careful not to make any large payments upfront because Mr. Spell has been known to leave a job incomplete. Know who you are hireing and always check their qualifications with a state agency or the Better Business Bureau.
