I had a great experience working with Smiley face and balloon decor. Dee made a balloon garland for my twins birthday which looked exactly like the photo I gave her. She checked the color of balloons with me few days before the event to make sure I am happy with the results. She let me keep the balloons garland for a few days after the event in case I wanna take more photos. She collected the garland and the balloons with no additional fees. I highly recommend this pro for your events.
