Question and answer

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I would probably like to know how all the equipment talks and communicates with eachother.

Sercrets to share: None
As a good friend tells me over and over........Google it!

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Honesty......I give the customer exactly what they want and need, not what I think they should have.

Cleanliness......I clean as I go. You have no idea I am even in your home/office.

Loyalty.....Once I make a commitment to a customer, I keep my word, even if it means money out of my pocket.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. This is not really a job to me, more like a passion. I love meeting new people and working with them to make their home theater dreams come true.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The question I get asked the most would be, "I thought technology was supposed to make life easier? Why do I not even know how to turn on the TV anymore"?

My answer to that is: Where there is a problem there is a solution. Technology doesn't necessarily make things easier it makes things better. Developers take all that into consideration when coming up with new ideas. That is the reason remote controls are such an important factor in a well designed home theater system.
