We had set up an appointment a month ago, for noon today. I drove 45 minutes to the house, and she messaged me at at 11:55 asking what time she was to be there. (Even though I had messaged her 2 days before reminding her of the day and time). At 11:55 she told me she was at another cleaning and couldn't make it until 1:00. I told her I couldn't wait.

First they left my home without telling me they were leaving. I was very displeased, they broke a sentimental mirror and left it covered up. My toilets were not cleaned! I hate that i paid them before I totally looked at everything. They left my floor sticky. This was the worst cleaning I paid in full for! I was quoted one price and she asked for an additional $100. If you hire them make sure to double check their work before they leave. I am very disappointed!
