Very easy and professional to work with and have fair pricing. I would hire them again. I would definitely suggest you talk to Roger (or his crew) for your landscaping/drainage needs. I believe he also does concrete and masonry work. This is the work done for me: 1. Mulch installation. No issues with the mulch. There was a low point where they put rocks to keep the mulch from washing away. They paid attention to detail. 2. Drain pipe installation. Had to reschedule mulch since there was a clogged pipe under (the mulch) that caused water to go in the garage. Roger was flexible with scheduling and offered to send one of his guys to check the clogged pipe. Fernando did some tests and showed me the problem was the gutter. They installed a new drainage pipe and tested to make sure it worked. They were very careful with digging. When they finished it looked like nothing had been dug up (I didn't have to go back and plant grass seed). Instead of charging me to haul away dirt they redistributed it to areas in my yard that needed dirt. 3. Drain pipe connection and repair. While Roger was working on Item 2 I showed them an area of grass that was constantly wet. Roger quickly found a pop up drain that was covered by dirt and grass. He suggested connecting it with another drain for efficiency. Fernando came out a couple of days later to do the repairs (and found another pop up drain) and tested to ensure they worked properly. Very happy with their work. It has rained for extended periods the last day or two and the drains are working (no more flooded garage or wet area in the grass). Mulch has been rained on and still looks the same color (quality mulch).
