Gerry was very prompt and punctual. He was very open to communication and very willing to understand our needs. His rates are more than fair and reasonable. Gerry and crew did a fantastic job getting my yard fixed up and ready to list. They worked nonstop for over 10 hours - even while eating lunch! My home had previously been a rental property and the yard was very neglected and overgrown. I believe that their efforts helped to sell my house - I had a contract in less than 2 months.
