I am Mac certified, and I use Mac products and tools. I have plenty of experience with media, lighting, headshots, and highlighting the right areas. I have been in the field and freelancing (weddings/events and makeovers) for over 5 years. I provide and apply false eyelashes to all clients (natural or dramatic), but not valid for trials. I specialize in weddings, special occasions, industries, bridal parties, bridal showers, baby showers, fashion shows, photo shoots, lessons, etc. I am pleasant and professional in nature, and I have high regards for sanitation. I work with your style (natural or dramatic), and I am familiar with all skin types and complexions. I enhance your most captivating features, and I make you look and feel your best for your special event. I prep the skin with high-quality skin care products then begin with the makeup application. I also work with your comfort zone. I am a perfectionist and expert in what I do. I apply your makeup at your preparation site. I prefer doing trials in advance, so that there is no room for error on the day of the event and you feel comfortable and relaxed with my artistry. I work throughout DC metropolitan area (VA, DC, and MD), and I am willing to travel to other East Coast cities. Larger parties may receive discounted prices. My professional services include the following: * Bridal: $175 (including trial, lashes, and travel within 25 miles) * Bridal party- $75 additional person(s) * Groom - $35 * Flower girl - $20 (12 and under) * Special occasion makeup - $75 each person (minimum of 4) * Makeup lessons: $250/2 hours on-site show and teach (Group rates are available) These prices include false lashes, as well as lash application, a trial (bride only) and travel (within 30 miles). My name is Erin and I just got married a few weeks ago. I was so fortunate to have Mahnaz do my wedding makeup because it came out absolutely magnificant! Mahnaz was very accomodating in terms of the date, time, and location to do my makeup. She knew exactly how I wanted my makeup and was able to do that for me perfectly! I never felt so beautiful thanks to her! She did my makeup and the makeup for my maid of honor. She not only did an impecible job, but she was able to do it in a timely matter. The price is also very reasonable and totally worth it. I saved a lot of money doing things myself for the wedding, but I knew I wanted to get my make up done and I am sooo glad that I did. Mahnaz is not only a master at her trade, but she is also so sweet, kind and a true pleasure to work with. If you are getting married or going to some other special occasion, I recommend Mahnaz without hesitation. If you want to look stunning for your special day give her a call ASAP!

I am not sure if words can truly express how great I think Mahnaz is. My wedding was on Saturday, January 19- she exceeded my expectations in every way and went far and beyond imaginable. From our first meeting, I felt so comfortable with her and I just knew she would be amazing! I decided to book her to stay with me until after the ceremony and pictures, and I have to say it was the best decision I had made. On the day of my wedding she showed up early smiling with excitement! Her bubbly personality and caring nature instantly eased my nerves. Not only did she do my makeup and my bridesmaids makeup absolutely beautiful and flawless. We had others who were invited to the wedding get her contact info to do their makeup at that very last minute, and Mahnaz stayed later to apply makeup on three others also- she had the whole mac store in her kit so she came prepared with plenty of makeup for any color/skin concern, etc. I couldn't have dreamed of anything better than what she did. She is absolutely wonderful and has an amazing talent for what she does! She is a godsend to every bride! I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Mahnaz, I will definitely use you in the future and refer you to anybody.

I met Mahnaz at the Mac counter, where I was planning on buying products to apply my makeup on my own. Thankfully, I ran into her because she applied it for me to give me an idea and I immediately felt way more comfortable and booked her to do makeup for the entire bridal party. She is an extremely confident and talanted makeup artist. Mahnaz did a phenominal job, everyone kept asking who the makeup artist was after seeing how stunning we all looked . My makeup was done at 730am, and it literally stayed on until it was time for me to sleep. I just had to re apply my lip hours later which she gave to me in a goody bag, (which I later tipped for because that was very kind, plus it was conveinent for me to have something throughout the day.) Anyway, pictures came out beautiful, barley touched them up because my imperfections were blurred, thanks to Mahnaz. I loved it so much that I slept with it (I know that isn't recommended, however, I wanted my husband to wake up with me looking flawless the next day) Mahnaz gave great recommendations for a hair stylist too. I am VERY glad I chose her, I RECOMMEND HER TO EVERYBODY!! My friends and I already booked with her for an upcoming gala! I'm looking forward to that!
