FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients come to me wanting a variety of end results. Some want to change career paths late in life. Others are seeking life fulfillment in their empty nest years. Some are confused about which career path to take at an early age. Other people may be in the midst of "having it all," but they are not happy and cannot find out why. Some business clients have achieved great financial success, but feel their life is lacking in other areas, or they want to re-invent their business and rekindle their passion for it. Others may be in a transition stage of life, without their partner, divorced, trying to rebuild a life. I have the resources to assist these clients in creating a life that is fulfilling and that gives them greater joy day to day.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First, make sure you are ready to do the work required. A life coach makes you accountable for your goals and the steps it takes to reach them. Secondly, there must be an understanding and comfort level between the coach and client. This is established in the first session. If you are connecting with the life coach and he or she is a good listener, then you have the foundation for a relationship of trust and openess that will benefit you with the greatest results. Remember that depending on your goals, life coaching may take 3 months to achieve the small goals, but will likely take 6 or more to reach lofty ones. Be realistic in your expectations and know that the money and time you invest in life coaching is a valuable investment in yourself!
