Contacted 'Maid to Sparkle' for bi-weekly cleaning of my home 30 days before they started. Pleased with initial cleaning. Last Saturday, 40 minutes before they were to arrive for 2nd cleaning, I received a call from Jonathan, stating that they were unable to clean my house. I didn't know if he meant that day or in general. He made several excuses, stating that he couldn't get anyone to commit for Saturday etc. He never really apologized. I was having a professional photograher come in to take photos of my home for a listing, so it left us hanging. Stated he would send a text out and try to get someone in there on Sunday. He was suppose to call me back that afternoon. That was 6 days ago...still waiting. Never heard back from him one way or the other. Found this to be very unprofessional. We were left in limbo land. I had even referred them to a co-worker. Don't think I would ever use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on frequency of the cleaning and size of the home. For example, a customer having their home cleaned twice a week for a 2500 square foot home will be provided a price range from $95 to $115.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always provide a free telephone quote based on size of home, frequency of cleaning, and if you have had a previous cleaning service. My goal is to understand what your needs are and how Maid To Sparkle can help. After the phone estimate, I will provide a free in-home estimate to narrow down the cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned Maid To Sparkle since 1998 and feel my company can take care of any and all cleaning needs.
