What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is all package based so there are no ridiculous a la cart charges. My basic service starts at 18 per day, and then for each basic service, I offer an extended service to provide more options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Anyone in this industry can tell you that there is nobody who knows everything. There is always learning to be done. I network with a lot of good resources, and I try to stay ahead of the times
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was unable to have pets in my house when I was younger, but I really wanted to care for one. I ultimately decided that if I couldn't have pets, then I would go out and care for other peoples pets. I now have 50 pets that I love and care for.
