Most of our clients are looking to buy and install new floors or have their damaged floors repaired. Typically the are looking for carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and/or tile.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice to you is this, don't hesitate to ask any questions that come to mind, and all-ways request an itemized proposal and invoice to make sure you know exactly how your money is being spent.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish that people looking for any kind of home improvement knew how easy it is to get their moneys worth. What i mean is; I think its unprofessional to ask clients to pay for measurements and estimates at initial consultations. Also, labor cost should be billed after a job well done to insure clients satisfaction.
