My years of personal experience and Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science/Human Movements has given me a solid foundation to supply a wealth of knowledge to every person I come in contact with. Taking my passion to the next level and becoming certified by the American College of Sports Medicine allows me to go out and work with individuals one-on-one, teaching them everything they need to know about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. You don’t have to do it alone! One of the biggest problems people face when it comes to their fitness program is sticking to it. I am here to push you and see that you reach all of your fitness goals no matter what! I have experience training individuals from all walks of life, from the elderly to collegiate and semi-pro athletes. Everyone has their own needs and wants.
