Jason arrived when he said he would. He then proceeded to install three toilets and disposed the old ones. He noticed that our kitchen sink sprayer was leaking, and that there was a leak under the kitchen sink - and that was after a previous plumber "fixed" the leak a couple of days prior. Jason noticed that the sink drain and "cap" were leaking. He replaced the cap at a reasonable charge. Overall, we were very pleased - I would recommend Jason for any plumbing issues you may have.

Mr Wright was absolutely above board! From the moment I reached out via Thumbtack, he got in touch with me to discuss the issues. Showed up promptly on the date/time agreed upon. Reviewed my issues and quickly found the solutions. Actually inspected a few additional items that I brought up in a conversation and addressed those as well. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate for the repair and I offer a 10% discount for seniors, military, police and teachers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I'm paired with a new customer, I will set up a convenient time to come out and introduce myself and provide an estimate for the work to be done. My first visit to the home or business I like to perform a free plumbing inspection with the customers approval to make sure there isn't any hidden problems.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Virginia Master Plumber license and a class B, state contractors license.
