- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I do, I actually go to the company called Influance hair care seminars, where we are taught advanced techniques that are changing the world around us. Things seen in international hair shows are being showed to those that want to know whats trending and how to bring in more individual trends rather than the norm. Its always better to step out of the box.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Full sew ins consisting of cleansing the impurities of the surface layer of the scalp, deep conditioning and if needed hair treatment additional. Hair is then braided and net is attached to smooth out any lumps caused by braids. Hair is applied to net by sewing in, hair is then cut and styled by me. Silkening services consists of thoroughly cleansing the scalp and hair and then replenishing hair with moisture hydration conditioners. Client sits under dryer to dry scalp to prevent irritations of tourmaline pressing iron, the hair is blown straight with paddle brush and pressed with iron. Precision cut with relaxer touch up client gives me the gist of the styling she requires via picture. Client is then based for her touch up. I always ask where tingling sensations form, any caffeine products in the last 24 hours so no burns occur. Proceed with neutralizing relaxer shampooing then deep cuticle penetraiting conditioner. Hair is trimmed and wrapped. Placed under the dryer then curled.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I belive in QUALITY not quantity, meaning anybody can break out Motions products I choose to use a line of products that dont break the hair off and add to the foundation of the hair. I love to make hair beautiful from the inside out, so your beauty can shine from your crown on down.
