- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My training sessions are $30/per session (a session can be 45 minutes to 1.5 hours). Nutrition counseling is $25 and can be combined with a session. Meal plans are $30 per week. I also offer discounts for purchasing multiple sessions at once and referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and talk about your current lifestyle and how you would transition to meet your goals. Then I will assess your fitness level during a workout and then we will develop a plan together!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Exercise Science as well as 12 years of Personal Training experience. I also participated in and coached collegiate Track & Field.
