- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of each visit is determined by the services rendered to the customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to having the opportunity to meet new people! I like having call me and explain what it is that they want to achieve during their visit. If possible, I like for them to send a current picture of their hair as well as a picture of the desired look. After I receive pictures and have some information about the client's hair I like to move forward to outlining the steps necessary to achieve the look. Finally, I book an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed cosmetologist and have had the fortune of working with some fantastic stylist in my career. I am constantly taking classes and keeping up on the latest styles and techniques. I am truly passionate about styling hair. The end goal is always to make the customer happy. There is nothing more gratifying to me.
