Joshua was able to install the motion lights efficiently and quickly. He even assisted with purchasing the correct lights from Lowe’s as the originals would be good long term per his suggestion. Ultimately , communication , efficiency , and profffessionalism was good for this project. Thanks again Joshua , will utilize the services again as well as recommend !

Josh worked with us all summer doing everything from subfloor repair, LVP floor installation, plumbing, baseboards, window/door trim, painting, backsplash, and much more. He is very knowledgeable on just about everything, and if he can’t do it, he usually knows someone who can. He has been so helpful in so many ways. Our house had a ton of issues and he guided us along the way of every repair and update. So lucky to have met him and will definitely work with him in the future!

SUPERB! THAT SUMS UP MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE. FROM REMOVING A TREE STUMP AND PUTTING DOWN MULCH TRIMMING MY HEDGE. TO INSTALLING A GARBAGE DISPOSAL AND GIVING ME ALL NEW PLUMBING IN MY POWDER ROOM WITH A NEW FAUCET. AND HE EVEN CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AFTER HE WAS DONE! :-) HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPLAINED EACH PROJECT TO ME IN LAY TERMS. PLUS HE IS A NICE YOUNG MAN :-) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN!

Karmillian Handyman Services can be described as a competent and multifaceted operation. I was initially researching information for a handyman to remove my existing all- in one bath tub, and install a new bath tub and wall combination. I chose Karmillian Handyman Services because the profile displayed a diversified collection of project photos the business completed. Additionally, there was an aura of pleasantry that accompanied the profile photo, and I was not disappointed. Subsequent to calling the business phone number, I received an immediate response and next day service call. The job was assessed and estimate given to complete the install. After agreeing on the cost, a contract was drafted including all details and price. During the demo and install, there were some structural issues. I was advised about my options to correct the problem to include additional cost. The bathroom install was completed in a timely manner, even though I chose to include some needed upgrades. I was so impressed with the workmanship, professionalism, and punctuality, that I solicited Karmillian to complete additional projects to include ELECTRICAL, FLOORING, PAINTING, PORCH INSTALL, VENT REPLACEMENT, AND KITCHEN REMODEL. Stand out aspects about this Handyman services are as follows: The owner; Joshua, is pleasant, knowledgeable, and is generally ready to commence work between 6am-7:30am Takes the time to explain the details and strategy of project. Ensures that the customer agrees to any additional charges before proceeding. Cleans up at the end of work day He has a network of contractors for almost anything you need a handyman to do. This is my perceived "one stop shop" handyman services. Will definitely hire again!
