FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out exactly what their expectations are, then not just meet expectations but do the little extra that makes the customer happy. We will never try to do just the minimum, I want our customers to be more than satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Painting 15+ years, USN boatswain class, I was only non-shipyard employee qualified spray painter, Engineering License(although I've left engineering for painting).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I painted for 5 years after school, went from helper to crew leader. I joined the navy and after the Navy, I was a painter for 7+ years, painting exterior and interior of homes and spraying out apartments for complexes after move outs. I then got into tug boats, worked about 12 years on the tugs and finished last 10 years as Chief Port Engineer for a National Tug company. I had been responsible for 22 boats 50 engineers. I have just started this painting company, as I believe there is a huge demand for contractors that are qualified, work with professional paint crews, and take pride in the work they do. I will only accept the best, and expect you to receive exactly what you have asked for, if possible above and beyond what is expected. Our job is not done until you are completely satisfied. I like for the customer to be stunned by the transformation of their space, and to be excited to leave a, honest, and stellar review.
