Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. My most common types of jobs are bathroom renovations, carpentry work and kitchen cabinet installation as well as repaints.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. My advice to a customer looking to hire a provider such as myself is usually using common sense, it is true you get what you pay for, but most importanly be cautious who you let inside your house, you need to be a good judge of character as well.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Important information that customer should have is:
-what exactly they want to have done
-the schedule they have in mind to finish project
-budget that they have at their disposal
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We believe that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. We are committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
I always make sure that each project is completed according to set standards as I value high quality of work.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Constantly changing environment and satisfied customers at the end of the day! I like the fact that every week I get to meet new people and work in different areas.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Most common questions are about details of work. I always keep my customers informed as to how the work will be performed and what I expect to accomplish on a given day.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I originally come from Europe where I first started learning my profession while still in college.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I went into this line of business following my uncle who has remodeling business in Germany.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. Recent job I completed was complete renovation of a 1500 sq ft townhouse that we finished in 2 1/2 weeks. We installed new kitchen and new tiles, replaced all doors and painted entire area.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. The latest developments in my field are pretty exciting. There is a new product delivered by Modular Arts in the form of interlocking panels and tiles that are to be installed on the wall. They have different forms and designs and one of my pictures presents how it looks. Its really a great product for someone who likes modern things and has the money to spend. Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. To get into my profession you need to be very patient and accurate.
