- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely. I am constantly taking classes that provide the latest skills, techniques, and research into human development and implement what I learn into how I work with both individuals and organizations. I help clients deal with all sorts of situations, both personal and professional.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been interested in understanding what makes people who they are, what motivates their particular behaviors, and wondered if they were aware of why they were doing certain things. Some seem to innately know how to go about creating exactly what they want, while others may be less clear. Sometimes what we think we want is the result of our cultural programming and we may really want something a bit different. It can be challenging to pinpoint where we want to go in life. And we may want different things at different stages of life because our goals and desires change over time. I found this true for myself and the clients I work with as well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I help them pinpoint what it is they want to achieve and implement to realize a balanced and fulfilling life. This happens in a variety of ways: Review where they are, what they have done, and what actions they need to prepare to take.
