Old Town Computers stands behind their products and services. All of our refurbished Apple & Windows-based laptops and desktops come with standard 90 warranty. If you need additional coverage we can provide an option that will carry your system to 10 months. Our Windows 10 computers all come with a factory disc and valid license. We install "Open Office" on all of our Windows machines with the option of purchasing Microsoft Office 2010 if you so desire.
We enjoy working with our clients and do all we can to insure you get the most out of the system you purchase from us.

I was fortunate to come across Joe several years ago
b/c I know just enough to get by when it comes to computers.
Over the years we have had a few different set-ups.
Two hard wired PC's, then wireless, and now one PC and laptop. And Joe has taken us through all those changes with his fine service and follow-thru. Even though he doesn't make house-call's if I have any problems or questions he always answers emails the same day...most times the same hour. The best part is that through the years and all the changes, we have not purchased a new PC....just the laptop! That's b/c Joe has upgraded the PC several times and cleaned up all the ugly viruses you pick up just by being exposed to the internet. We especially appreciate in honesty with not telling us we need a new computer when we don't. Most fixes, with him, we've found are just minor software updates and/or reloading of programs.
A computer is a personal thing. You are trusting someone with all your files, pin numbers and information when you hand over your computer. The ONLY person we trust with all that
is Joe! In fact, as I write this I know this ole PC needs another tune up.
Thanks for being there Joe! You've not only saved us untold dollars....but our sanity!

My laptop was running real slow and had viruses and was giving me a hard time. I called Joe up and he was willing 2 fix my problem at a good price. He was also fast with da service and only took a couple hours 2 get it fixed. In da near future if I have any other problems I will b Goin back 2 joe

Had a bad virus on my laptop and dropped it off at Joe's shop at 11:30am. I got the laptop back at 3:00pm the same day. Everyone else said they would need a minimum of 3 days. I was blown away by the quality of work,and super fast turn-around. Plus he added a ton of extra security programs to help me avoid this happening again. I can't say enough how impressed I am. Thank you Joe.

I have known Joe for several years,have purchased several computers from him and he always seems to know what to do when I have a problem.I always recommend his services to my family and friends.The computer I am currently using is one I purchased 3 years ago and I have never had any problems with any of the hardware and any time I install a new program I know I can call Joe if I have any problems.
He is very knowledgeable about ALL aspects of computers.I would recommend his services and products to anyone.

Joe has been my go-to guy for years. I've never had a problem he didn't fix fast and at a very reasonable price.
I've even taken it to him with a bad part which I didn't
know I had, and he did it for me gratis. His knowledge is awesome. I trust him completely. A good man as well.
