A. I have a passion for children and I believe that education is very important. I have been in the business for 12 years and wouldn't trade it for the world.

The answer is having pro active parents, both child and parent being consistent within the program.
A. The best advice I would tell someone who want to enter the profession of education is have compassion for children and understand that as an educator you play many roles.. You have to care about there developmental stage and exceleration academically.
A. My greatest strength is having empathy and compassion for all people who I may come in contact with.
