Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Common sense. If you feel arkward, then move on. If the contractor is polite and responds well, has good pricing, referrals, gets back to you and can be close to being on time I'd say you have a prime candidate.

Remember the contractor at my level does it all: marketing, sales, collections, billing, service, installs, human resources, inventory, in short all phases of running a service / contracting business. There are times when projects have bottlenecks and so pressure can intensify. You may want to see if the contractor will hang on the phone and chat. If so he is most liekly home with himself and service orientated. If the contractor is short, chats money a lot, and has very short answer and is pushy I would not deal with that person as they have ulterior motives and may short change a customer. We all have issues, however there is no excuse for rudeness nor being short with a customer. The customer is the boss / consultant for a short interim. I have had a few bad customers as if in a Hollywood fantasy. One must exercise common sense and a respect for life. There is more than material life.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We offer first class service. Each job is treated as if our own home or place of business. Generally, we work 7am till 11:50pm seven days. Estimates are very accurate across the phone and there is no charge to come and see your project for the first 50 miles. call 571 501 8865 ask for Tom

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Meeting new customers and the insights that ensue.
Here in the DC metro area there is a melting pot of folk from all over the world. Mentally refreshing for the most part. It varys if I venture into questionable neighborhoods dependant upon socialized welfare. Everyone knows of the downside to those who don't work ......a shame of the abuse of the system. Those who can't work due to birth defects and brain disorders is another topic. In short I am free to express myself and have not to be intimidated into donating to the RED Cross's system policed by my boss for political correctedness. I am free to talk truth and not the media hype , sical conditoning and tribal restrictions that seal Ilips in fear. Nothing like freedom of speach. Interaction with poeple is fun and also is the challenge of making new acquaintencas / friends. Bad apples popularity has society hemmed by politicans and the legal fraternal order that keeps the masses snowed. So that topic really gets customers going and if one is not careful you may get invited for dinner!! My work is fun of an entirely different scenario each day. Every day is different yet routine of business modality is even keeled.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How does the process work? Answer: Strip caulk, prep the surface with cleansers, neuralize the surface, tape and paper off the work area. Install exhaust fans for fume
management, set up the equipment and coatings and then spray till finished. Clean up, packup , collect and go home.

May I have skid resistant bottom surface? Yes. free.

Do you reglaze the walls too? Yes w/ 3 hours extra.

Do you raglaze floors? Yes, but prefer not to.

Do you reglaze sinks? Yes, small no. Cheaper new.

How long will it last? With proper care 15 years.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Born in the USA. Natural citizen and have my birth certificate..no bull, no politics. Plain truth and common sense. Spiritually benchmarked.

I carry a master's HVAC card from the State of Virginia. Also am a Medicaid Contractor so that means accountability, responsibility and self reliance.

University Educated with a BS and speak English. I worked professionally as an Engineer out of college and then went into corporate sales. I left the corporate world
and prefer sole proprietorship. It is much harder, challenging yet maintains sanity less tyranny. This makes me a happier camper however as mot enslaved to earning a living.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Good question. This is quite a story and not enough space here to write it out to make sense. Why did I quit the corporate world of high steppers and throw away bigger money & Engineering? Where would I retreat to of all places. Sharks everywhere! How to deal with my own maturity or lack thereof, need to work, pay the bills and much more. Career? What a can of worms.

I defaulted to the service industry in an area requiring
coordination, no fear of death (chemical exposure) and at best a moderate income. In short I could do honest work and not hide the truth as required in most backgrounds. Most businesses in a captialistic society have large profit margins and fleece the public. Regalzing is free of politics....... a human existence where truth is merely ashes. I chose this in preparation
for a higher call to assist my next step in spiritual evolution. Basically I am free to speak and live for the
most part.
