I used Richmond training Concepts to get my CPR AED and First Aid cert and had a great time. The teacher was friendly and had lots of good information that I had never gotten from other classes. I think this may have been because they use actual EMTs and Paramedics to teach the classes. The classes were short, to the point (without leaving out info) and hands on. I will without a doubt use them in the future and recomend them to everyone I know. GREAT JOB GUYS KEEP IT UP, I'd give you more stars if I could!!!

We were very impressed by the instructor and pace of the CPR course for our staff. The instructor mixed the videos and hands on practical work, and keep the material lively and engaging. Very impressed with Richmond Training Concepts ability to accommodate our short timeframe and allow us to come to their location. Highly recommend and we will be sending another group of employees later this year.

Richmond Training Concepts helped me with my CPR/AED re-certification. I needed to get re-certified ASAP and they accommodated me by providing my own class (on short notice) and even offered to travel to me for the class. The instructor was very professional and I learned a lot. I highly recommend their services.
