Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Ask questions and get the best for your money.
Think about other aspects of life.
You wouldnt buy the cheapest wedding cake.
You wouldnt buy the cheapest tires for your car.
If you hire a dj based off cheap price, the event is going to match.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. What can you provide?
What type of sound equipment and lighting do you provide?
Ask comparision questions?
How do you dress for the event?
Dont be afraid to ask questions?
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The joy of watching and and being a part of the reason that everyone is having a good time.
A Party isnt a party unless Remix Productions is there.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Are consultations added as a seperate fee? No, Consultations are included in all types of show
Do you have lights to go along with the music? Yes, Lights are included in all packages.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. Everything is done from scratch. There isn't a playlist already made and the euipment doesn't do the work for me. Every event is different based off the crowd, music requested, and the vibe. I provide the customer with what they want.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I started working with a guy in Alabama - just loading and unloading equipment. He instead started me DJing on the first night. Four shows later, I was doing a full wedding by myself. Two years later, I started my own business.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. Don't DJ for the enviroment, and club scene. Do it because you truly love music and enjoy making others happy.
Q. What is your greatest strength?
A. Being able to adapt to the crowd and any changes during an event. Staying fully involved 100% of the time.
Q. What are you currently working on improving?
A. Promoting, and becoming fully digital. I currently use cds and digital music. Cds have a better sound quality. But I am currently in the process of becoming fully digital on the music aspect. Therefore I can bring an even larger library to the shows and have a cleaner setup.
