- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is important for the customers to know I am not a contractor. I am a project management company. My job is to make sure my clients get the best deals in the local market by using my resources and to deliver on their requested job. I am always on your side!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a free consultation with my clients about their projects to get a feel for what their project is. I follow the consultation with measurements and pictures of the project to collect all the information necessary for a take off of materials. Finally the client decides to start their project with us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified business consultant and project manager. I have over 10 years of experience in management and my crews have over 15 years in their trades. All crews are licensed in their trades. I am licensed and insured.
