Introduction: I love what I do! It is not just a design or job I put my whole heart and soul into it. I put passion into every job we do! I usually do a free estimate however, the Northern VA area is very large so there may be a cost. if its more than 20 minutes away there will be a fee of $30 to pay for gas and tolls I get to do what I love everyday !!. I am a very hands on person and very visual and I can see a project through from start to finish.

I I unfortunately had to show up to the job by myself because my crew was working on another project and the job was absolutely huge an 80 foot bed and a 20 foot bed needed to be weeded that hadn't been weeded and almost a year and I set you to doing my job and doing it well I realize that I needed an extra crew and I told him you know I'd be happy to go ahead and come back out on Sunday and finish it with part of my crew if I can get them and he said fine so I showed up on the next day with a full crew and we finished it for him . I wish I could make everyone happy but sometimes situations are out of my control I do what I can to make the situation right.

I hired Lissa's Landscaping to apply compost and mulch in foundation beds as well as several large, neglected older shrub areas. From the initial conversation to the final product I am completely satisfied with the professional service provided. The scope of the project was clarified in person and the price was very reasonable. The crew was polite, hard-working and easy to work with. The team took care in spreading the material and also looked out for the lawn and driveway with the hauling required. I will work with Lissa Landscaping again based on the great product and experience.

In a matter of a couple days, we went from a yard with 100% weeds and ugly bushes to a lush green lawn with a beautiful little tree. The crew was quick and professional and Lissa had a great vision for our yard. Would definitely hire again.

I have to say that I really really hated what Melissa did to my yard. I don't know if I wasn't good at communicating, she didn't listen, or it was a combination of both. I was really mortified when it was completed. Her response to me was that I wanted something inexpensive (doesn't mean I wanted tacky). I wish she would have guided me more. I wish her well but wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.

I have been in business for 15 years an I am very lucky to say that most of my customers are pleased with my services, unfortunately I cannot please everyone. But, communication is the key. I am a very creative and visual person and I give you a full draft and plant list and ask you if you have questions if you don't respond I take it that you understand what you are getting.

Lissa was very prompt in responding to initial inquiry and questions. The crew showed up on time and cleaned up after their work very well. I had basic dirt grading and improvement done, so no opinions on landscaping or plating.

I give a free estimate for a new customer so I can see the property and see what needs to be done. I also do consulting which is an hrly cost.
