Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Home and office cleaning, painting, and lawn maintenance are probably our most common jobs.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. I would advise a customer to be sure to hire a licensed and insured company. Check the company's testimonials and references. Or of course just hire Over the Top Services and your problem is solved

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Well a customer does not really need to know anything other then what they would like to have done. It is helpful for them to have some information such as room size for painting, home/office square footage for cleaning, or how much land they have for lawn care. However if we do an in home estimate we can figure everything out so the customer doesn' t really have to have to much information before seeking us out.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our employees are passionate about what they do. Our goal is perfection and we will not settle for anything less and it shows in our work.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Well I always loved to make things nice no matter what it may be. Maybe its a dirty house, I wanted to clean it, a home that needed a lot of repairs I wanted to fix it, Landscaping that was out of control I wanted to make it look nice. I love working with my hands and getting the change of scenery and helping customers with their homes, offices, or landscapes is the real reward

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Offer superior customer service and workmanship at affordable prices. Always put the customer ahead of the dollar. Essentially just have the understanding that without customers you have no business, which in turn means no money, so take care of the customers and everything else will take care of itself.
