- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private Lessons Single 2-hour Session $110. These single sessions are great for those who do not want to commit to a training plan just yet. These sessions are typically for people who would like help with specific issues they face in day-to-day life. These sessions are also great for new owners who are looking for general education in body language, training tools, and training methods. This session can also serve as a behavior consultation. COST IS CREDITED TOWARDS ANY FUTURE PACKAGE. BASIC $500. This three-week package is excellent for owners who want help during the beginning stages of training. For this package, the owner can choose three basic commands we will cover. We will train once a week for an hour during the three weeks. You will be tasked with weekly assignments and must display the weekly progress. You can choose from basic commands: sit, down, stay, recall, place, and heel. INTERMEDIATE $1050. This six-week program is excellent for those who want to learn basic commands. During this program, we will review the following commands: sit, down, stay, recall, place, and heel. We will meet once a week for an hour. You will be tasked with weekly assignments and must display the weekly progress. These lessons will also be a great time to correct any unwanted behaviors in your daily life. ADVANCED $1200. This eight-week course is the best option for those DIY owners who want to get their dog(s) off-leash trained. This program will coach you and your dog through all the basic commands. The basic commands sit, down, stay, recall, place, and heel will all be covered in the first six weeks. The final two weeks are for transitioning to the e-collar and getting comfortable off-leash. This program is our most in-depth private package. BOARD AND TRAIN Packages 7-Day Leash Walking program $800 Discover the solution to one of the most common challenges faced by dog owners – leash pulling – with our specialized training course. Affordable Board and Train Option We believe that every dog owner should have access to effective training solutions. That's why we offer an affordable board and train option, making it easier for you to address everyday issues without breaking the bank. Off-Leash $3200 Our off-leash program is designed around what we believe is the right way to train dogs. While most programs advertise how fast they can train your dog, we are proud of how long we take with your dog. This program is a 4-week board and train. During this time, we take the time to teach your dog, not just force tasks on the dog. During the 4-weeks of this course, we will train your dog on the following commands Sit, Down, Stay, Place, Recall, and Heel. 3-Week On-leash Package $2400 Discover the power of our comprehensive on-leash package, carefully crafted to teach your dog essential commands and proper leash behavior. It is ideal for suburban living, where good leash manners are a must.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client and every dog is different. We have a general game plan for each session but immediately tailor it to the dog and owner for their specific issues. We don't want to waste time working on issues they're not having.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Received a formal education at Highland Canine Training School for Dog Trainers. I have worked with working dogs, service dogs, general obedience for pet dogs, and behavior modification cases.
