Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I work hard and late hours, been doing construction, home inspections and consulting for over 20 years now and have seen a lot but still manage to learn something new almost everyday. Pride in my work, because I have a good base of customers and want a new customer to call again not just a one time thing. Aside from that, I try to be as candid and honest with customers so there is no miscommunication, everyone likes to be informed.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. New projects, New People, lot of individuals in the NoVa area from all walks of life. It's nice to be a part of that and learn a little bit about something new.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How long will it take? How much will it cost? How soon can you do it?
Most of the time the smaller projects take a few days to a week. Large additions/renovations take 2-4 months typically.
It costs a lot less than Case,Bowa, Greenwald and Cassell, I know I used to be a Project manager for those guys.
I usually am booked out a few weeks to a month in advance, but have space for 1-3 day jobs within that week or the next.
