A. I love being able to use Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. all today to connect my clients to the world. Social media has leveled the playing field for everyone. Now, small businesses have a voice as loud as a 100 year old corporation bringing in millions. But this also give your clients a voice just as loud.
